Lance is the CEO of HELP Services. His background consists of Engineering, business administration and education. Lance worked in the oil and gas industry for 10 years. He has also been in education for over 20 years.

Frankson Collins - cfo

Frankson Collins is the CFO of Help Services. His background consists of education and mentoring. He has been in education for over 10 years. He currently is an associate professor at the university level. 

Shantel higgins - COO

Shantel Higgins is our Chief Operation Officer. Her background consists of Engineering, Marketing, Business Analytics and Strategic operations.
